What started as one printer running a queue of friends' parts became a managed farm — calibrated, logged and shipped like a production line, not a hobby bench.
We're a small atelier in the United Kingdom, focused on additive manufacturing done properly. That means the right material for the load, consistent first-layer adhesion, and parts that arrive calibrated — not "probably fine".
Everything is sliced and printed in-house. No outsourcing, no reselling someone else's output. When you order from ML3D UK, the spool that made your part is traceable back to the dry box it came out of.
Four things we refuse to get wrong.
Calibrated by default
Every printer on the floor is flow-rate and pressure-advance calibrated, and each spool is RFID-tracked from dry box to build plate. Boring layers, consistent results.
Engineered, not guessed
We spec material, infill and wall counts to the load the part will actually see. A bracket that holds 2kg is not printed like a figurine.
Less waste, by design
Spooled-down filament is weighed, logged and re-grounded where viable. Failed prints never leave the studio — they're fed back, not binned.
Farm runs 24/7
A managed fleet means queue depth, not lead time. Most parts ship inside 48 hours; bulk runs slot around it without blocking one-offs.
