How LayerForge Studio collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use ML3D UK. Last updated 13 August 2026.
1. What we collect
When you register an account or place an order we store your name, email address and order history. For custom print jobs we store the file you upload and any notes you provide.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to fulfil orders, issue loyalty rewards, respond to support tickets and send order updates. We never sell your data or use it to train external models.
3. Files & confidentiality
Uploaded print files are treated as confidential. They are stored privately, used only to produce your order, and are not shared, resold or added to our public vault without your written consent.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember cart contents. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
5. Data retention
We retain order and account records for as long as required by UK tax law. On request we will delete your account and associated personal data, subject to those legal obligations.
6. Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions are opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of our emails or from your account dashboard.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
