Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of ML3D UK and the custom print services provided by LayerForge Studio. Last updated 13 August 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the ML3D UK platform operated by LayerForge Studio ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.
2. Services
We provide a digital library of 3D-printable models and a custom additive manufacturing service. Quotes generated by the configurator are estimates; a firm price is confirmed once your file has been reviewed by our team.
3. Orders & payment
Orders are accepted only when payment is received in full. Production begins after artwork or print files are approved. We reserve the right to refuse any job that infringes third-party rights or is technically unprintable.
4. Intellectual property
Models purchased from our vault are licensed for personal or commercial end-use production, not resale of the digital file. You retain ownership of files you upload for custom printing; we will not resell or redistribute them.
5. Lead times & shipping
Estimated dispatch windows are shown per job. We are not liable for carrier delays, but we will keep you informed through the live production tracker in your account dashboard.
6. Refunds
As production is custom to your specification, completed orders are non-refundable. Orders cancelled before printing begins are eligible for a full refund. If a part fails due to our error, we will reprint or refund at our discretion.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a printed part in an application it was not specified for.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
