Which material, and why it lasts.
Durability and ideal use cases for every filament and resin we run on the farm — so you can spec a part that performs in the real world.
Rigid and dimensionally stable, but relatively brittle with low heat tolerance (softens around 60°C). Not suited to prolonged outdoor or high-load use. Ideal use cases: Display models, architectural prototypes, miniatures, decorative objects and concept parts where surface finish matters more than mechanical strength.
Lead times, delivery and what to send us.
Everything you need to know about turnaround, packaging, supported file formats and getting a clean print from your upload.
Most single-part orders ship within 2–4 working days. Larger builds, multi-part assemblies or high-volume runs can take 5–10 working days depending on farm capacity. Once your part is off the printer and passed QC, you'll get a tracking link by email. UK delivery is next working day via tracked courier.

A few minutes on orientation and supports before you upload can save hours of post-processing and dramatically improve the strength of the finished part.
Orient flat faces down
Lay the largest flat surface against the build plate. It anchors the part, reduces warping and cuts the supports you need to almost nothing.
01Minimise overhangs
Keep overhangs under 45° from vertical where possible — FDM prints these cleanly without supports. Anything steeper will sag without scaffolding.
02Align strength with the Z
FDM parts are weakest across layer lines. Orient so the load runs along the layers, not against them, for parts that take real stress.
03Use tree supports sparingly
Tree supports use less material and scar less than grid supports. Reserve them for delicate overhangs and knock them off while the part is still warm.
